Mix the dough ingredients in bread machine on dough setting, If mixing by hand kneading it for 10 minutes, cover and proof for 1 hour.
Roll dough into 14g balls.
Proof balls for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 F.
Boil ingredients for soda bath in a large pan.
Boil pretzel balls in soda bath for 20 seconds. Transfer to a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with pretzel salt while balls are still wet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted vegan butter. Serve with spicy mustard.
