- 1 blender
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 scoop Bone Broth Protein (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1 gram Quercetin Powder (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- 1 scoop Almond Flour, unblanched or soaked raw almonds
- 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 dash nutmeg, grated or ground
Green Smoothie
- 1 container Dry Ingredients (above)
- 1 handful leafy greens (kale, collard greens, and/or spinach)
- 1 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 5-7 slices raw ginger
- 3 slices raw turmeric
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Prep dry ingredients in containers if you want to plan ahead. Otherwise, drop all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds. Bottoms up!
