Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 scoop Bone Broth Protein (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 gram Quercetin Powder (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 scoop Almond Flour, unblanched or soaked raw almonds
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 dash nutmeg, grated or ground

Green Smoothie

  • 1 container Dry Ingredients (above)
  • 1 handful leafy greens (kale, collard greens, and/or spinach)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 5-7 slices raw ginger
  • 3 slices raw turmeric
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Prep dry ingredients in containers if you want to plan ahead. Otherwise, drop all the ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for 45 seconds. Bottoms up!
